  These guys are sensational. They have everything under the sun. They give great cooking tips if asked. As a non-shopper even I enjoy going here.

  WORST delivery service ever. I ordered products worth $108 to get the free delivery and was promised next day delivery. They TOOK A WEEK to deliver and on top of that they delivered old ALMOST EXPIRED products. I had to call them several times and even had to waste hours with the customer care people. Nothing helped. They delivered AFTER A WEEK. WORST SERVICE.

  One thing I would alert shoppers to is the unique parking situation - there's plenty of parking on site and clear signage to indicate the intended direction of traffic flow, but due to the nature of the clientele there's a lot of, shall we say, "creative driving" going on. So far I've had some sort of near-miss incident on every visit, so do what you can to keep away from the crazies if you value your paintwork. None of this is the fault of the company of course, it just comes with the territory.

  Similar to the other reviewer, I too have sometimes encountered staff here behaving in a strangely suspicious manner (ignore the baloney response about "engaging with customers", that wasn't it at all). In fact it may have even been the same staff member judging by the description. Personally it didn't bother me and was more amusing to watch than anything else, but if the situation ever became too irritating I'd just order online as these guys really do have great products and a mind-boggling range. It must be very fresh too as I didn't realise just how stale and bland the supermarket alternatives were until I started shopping here.

  I'd say give them a try. Every product I've used so far has been impressive and there's always online shopping to fall back on if the above issues are too much, but then you would miss out on the aroma of the place. (Wish I could bottle that).

  Great flour range, a lot of organic flour at low price compare to other shops. Also a lot of different types of beans, some of them I've even never heard of! Love this place!

  Bad return policy. When returning a new/unused pot which was scratched, manager accused customer to have already use the item.
