  Aus post website says this Post Shop offer Working with Children Check - (VIC) service. But when i visit this morning, staff said they dont have access to Working with Children Check - (VIC)

  This afternoon I went to this PO and was attended to by Christine - a trainee. She was very helpful, efficient and friendly. I hope she is appreciated by her boss.

  One post office lady was so nice and she helped us with our passport issues but there are some people in that post office who is disgraceful and rude. Although this post office has improved than previous times

  I frequent this location daily for PO Box collection. Freddie and Liz are just wonderful they always go above and beyond to help with some of the more tricky items and a pleasure to deal with. Very busy site so wait times can be a little longer but they are totally worth the wait!

  Last week I went there to submit my working with children check. First I waited for too long in the qeue eventhough I was the only in the qeue , the lady supposed to help me I saw was more than talking than working her job. When finally I got my turn, she faulted my photo saying it had been smeared whereas the same photo had been used for my passport and I had taken those photos in the same post office. They were just trying to push me to take new photos so they could make a couple of more bucks. Seeing this I left the shop and went to another post office. In that office I gave the same photo and they accepted it. They processed the form for me and I got email from working with children check stating I have passed the check. This experience has really offended me.
