    Emailed Micador to let them know about a small issue I had with one of their products. Not only did they respond quickly, but they sent me out a replacement (with a little gift thrown in as a further apology)! Dealt with a lady called Sam - lovely! I am now even more of a fan of this Aussie company :)

    Really impressed. Needed advice on whether i'd bought the right product (as my child has severe allergies), the team at Micador not only responded quickly with the information I needed, but were really helpful in suggesting alternatives and updated my order. They also made sure it was sent out the same day so it got to us before her birthday. I'll be sticking with Micador products for my kids from now on.

    Micador have huge warehouse sales here in June and December. Worth going to. We got all our kids art supplies for the year plus heaps of presents and stuff for my husbands office(stationary and filing trays) . Be prepared for crowds but big bargains aswel.

    Very disappointed with customer service. Bought a product online, being very poor quality, wanted to return within hours from receiving and was rejected.
