  I love going to Apack, the girls there are fantastic, they must eat codes for breakfast, because they all know them and they know all their products. If I have a question I can always get an answer, if they don't know it they will find out. Apack has such a great range of products, and such good quality too. They look like they make a great team too, they all seem to get along very well, which makes for a great workplace, and that makes for a great customer experience. I would recommend Apack to all my florist friends.

  Bad customer service took my credit card details without telling me the whole price and guaranteed me not to be worried they will call before with drawing money so they can tell me shipping cost. This didn't happen, they withdrew the money without notifying me when I called the owner kept saying she'll call me back, and she doesn't know how it happened yeah right... don't bother. It was such bad service do not recommend

  There can be a queue of people waiting and only one person on. Warehouse staff will then get priority and that one person can disappear. They're blunt, unfriendly and unhelpful. If there was somewhere else to go to get these products - I would be.
