I called again on Tuesday at lunchtime, where an email was apparently sent by the person that answered the phone to the person that was meant to help me so I could have a callback. Nothing again.

I've left a message with the office about this. I'm furious!

We have just moved with Santa Fe Wridgways for the first time. Our move from Perth to Melbourne was seamless, efficient and extremely friendly. The team in Perth packed our belongings with great care and efficiency as well has being a happy couple of blokes who enjoyed a laugh with us along the way. The team in Melbourne delivered our goods promptly and within the time frame . This made our experience very enjoyable. We would highly recommend Santa Fe Wridgways..."

I have several thousands of dollars of equipment missing. The moving manager Manisha (based in Perth) that helped me with the pickup part of the move is being very helpful, while the Dandenong Branch has not even bothered to call me back. The pictures I've posted were of how I found the boxes when I got back from home. It's appalling.

We used Wridgways NSW to move us to Vic, and were very happy with them, so we thought we'd use Wridgways again to move from one shire to the nearby other. Boy! was that a bad decision! I'm very, very unwell, and said as much to the phone consultant, relying on her to do the right thing when she took the number and size of items into account. When the truck came, we were puzzled over why there weren't two containers. One of the movers was grumpy to begin with, then settled down a bit. They then decided, without our consent or letting us know - they simply shut the doors on the truck and declared they were ready to go - to leave the heavy outside items for us to move. Today, I've found damage to an expensive item (approaching $10K in value) that was never wrapped, despite my stating it was expensive. When I complained to management, their response was too bad, we're busy, it's a public holiday, we can't get a truck around, you had too many items and we took more than we should have so be grateful we did. I reminded them it was their miscalculation that caused the problem in the first place and it wasn't my duty to drag myself out of my bed to stand over their employees, ensuring they did an accurate job. At no time did they send out a consultant to our place. They even had the audacity to call us again for a review, but didn't have the courage to offer some compensation. In the end, we had to arrange to move the remaining items ourselves. You can imagine the additional stress of having to find someone last minute.

Be very wary if you're planning on using Wridgways Victoria. If they are willing to treat a disabled, deeply unwell customer like this, just imagine what they'll do to you...!

On Monday last week(the week everything was due) I had a message left asking me to contact them back to organise a delivery day.

Tried again on Wednesday and with the same results. On Thursday we called the central number instead of the direct one for Dandenong where we finally spoke to someome that could help us. When asked when we wanted to have the delivery I literally got told "ha! Not possible" when I asked anytime that week.

I had everything picked up in Cairns Qld last month and Santa Fe there were absolutely amazing.

Stay away from this company at all costs! After they broke and scratched several furniture items, with $1000s of damage as a result, it took them a month to come up with just a procedural response to our insurance claim. Clearly the start of a hide and seek game, instead of taking responsibility for the actions of their employees. After paying a huge amount in insurance premium you would expect a fair treatment, but that is obviously too much to ask from Santa Fe Wridgways. Sickening treatment of their customers.

I did so during my lunchtime where I was told that the person that could help me was out for lunch. I left my details for a callback and heard nothing from them.

This led to getting the earliest delivery possible being Tuesday where we had to have a friend attend for the delivery as we were no longer available but thought to just get through this in the hope that the only incompetent part of this branch was the office.

Today I arrived home from work to find EVERY SINGLE cardboard box (which I packed with new packing boxes) ripped open and rummaged through. My friend unfortunately signed off for them( he was not given a copy) unaware of what the boxes were meant to look like.

I thought maybe there was some sort of quarantine but we were not informed whatsoever.

On this end instead has been nothing but anger filled stress.

Awful, expensive (as it so turned out), hideous "customer service" from the miscalculations of the phone staff, right up to their "Emergency" Managers.
