  After waiting till the early afternoon on Friday for the delivery, I phoned Hafele only to find their courier had made an error in sorting. But I was promised it would be here first thing on Saturday morning. It's now after 4pm on Saturday and still no bin.

  Returned to Hafele to check out a smaller bin. We found the original specifications sheet for the larger bin were incorrect and it would fit- so a wasted trip when we could have phoned in an order.

  My husband phoned the manager to complain about the incorrect specifications and poor procedures. The manager became very defensive and told him Hafele was only for the trade..... we had never been told this. Still doesn't account for the errors.

  We phoned Hafele to find a distributor only to be told we could only see items at Hafele Dandenong.

  We then paid for the bin only to find we would need to wait 90 min to receive the bin from the warehouse - we did offer to pick it up from the warehouse, but this was not permitted.

  Extremely disappointed, no disgusted by the non existent customer service from Hafele Australia. 6 month old fridge, Kaput. Called Hafele and was told a technician would be able to come 7 days later! When he did arrive 7 days later he told me after 5 minutes that the control unit needed replacing and it would take 7 days for the part to arrive!! After many phone calls with Hafele and others we were finally told, oh we have the part here in dandenong but we cannot get it to the Technician for a couple of days!! Are they serious? put it in a cab for heavens sake! We even offered to pick up the part but no cant do that either. Assuming they get to us by Friday it will be 11 days without a fridge or 13 days if it takes until Monday, just a disgrace.

  We drove for 40 min to the showroom and found the kitchen bin we wanted. We took the specification sheet home to ensure it fit only to find the size stated was too big for our cupboard.
