  Love... love... love this place. Great staff. Friendly and welcoming. Recently returned an item that didn't suit... these guys don't normally exchange items if you change your mind but they were willing to help us out. Much appreciated guys and a big thank you to Arthur for putting in a good word with the manager. I recommend anyone looking for furniture and home decor to check out Furniture Trader Dandenong first. Amazing store, lots on offer and great prices. Can't understand the bad reviews on this page as these guys also exchanged a faulty wall clock with us even though we may have been at fault. I think it depends on how realistic your expectations are and what is fair and reasonable.

  Not helpful at all. We bought over 5k worth of sofas outdoor furniture etc from these guys a year ago. Went back today to spend more money and found some bar stools we really liked. We were not sure if they would fit properly our our kitchen so we asked if we could take 1 display stool for an hour (we live around the corner) and then bring it back. It was as if i had asked to borrow 1 million bucks. Its against our policy i will get into trouble with the boss etc. This guy used every excuse to try not to sell us these stools. I still don't understand what happened. In an area where furniture shops are a dime a dozen, staff should be bending over backwards to get your business. In the end i said fine, we will just buy them and if they don't fit i will return them? No way!! These stools have a no return policy. Sorry. Unbelievable. No one has benefitted from this ludicrous situation today except for Harvey Norman where i went straight after and just spent 4k because they wanted the business.

  Best furniture store in Dandenong in my opinion. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. We definitely be back again. Extra special thanks to Nathan and Sin for a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
