  Ordered an 11 piece dining set online 15/11/17 no notification to say not in stock. So not having received any phone call or email from Focus on Furniture re delivery I emailed only to receive a phone call 30/11/17 to say delivery will be February. Terrible customer service to not let customers know what’s happening with their order. Obviously wanted for Christmas & would have gone elsewhere if known delivery would be over 12 weeks away & certainly wouldn’t have paid in full. Not impressed !

  Was told twice I didn't have to pay delivery fee. Once when I called prior to the original delivery date to check if I had to pay anything and I was told no. When the delivery occurred the delivery guys asked for payment and I told them about the phone call I had had with the store so they called to confirm and advised me I didn't have to pay.

  Great service polite abs very helpful my transaction was so smooth. Delivery of my item was well communicate and organised and they put it together for us as well. I will definitely be back to purchase again. No dramas like Harvey Norman down the road.

  Like the furniture, nice showroom, but they seem to have very limited stock in warehouse.
