  , you have a year to decide on what to do with your loved one, you sent threatening letters saying your loved ashes will be disposed of and you won't know where if you don't collect/ decide. Needless to say, it quickly didn't become our choice after that!

  Very professional staff and great facilities, it all still looks very new and freshly landscaped which isn't something I usually associate with places like these. Could maybe use a map or two to help find your way
