  I ordered and received mountain bike shoes, cleats and pedals and unfortunately one of the parts were missing. I contacted the store and the manager resolved the issue right away and sent out the correct part. Customer service was fantastic

  For a non-bike person (even then I'm not 100% about maintenance etc), this would have caused issues, as the pads were completely not touching the brake rim.

  If you want a excellent range of solid cycling products to choose from at great prices, this is your shop. Online or from a very well presented factory shopfront with great trading hours. Have been buying on and off for years without issues.

  This is place is the only place to go for your bicycle needs! every visit is garentee'd to be a good one, have had team members stay back after close to accommodate my needs. Also never shunned for riding a downhill bike like every other local bicycle store. A1 service every time!

  The brake pad alignment was all off (yes, all 4 of them) and I was then required to adjust all 4 myself - not a hard job but you'd expect that if you pay $20 for assembly, something as simple as the brake pads would be adjusted properly.
